Thank you for shopping at CountryFarmhouseStore.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items.

Return and Refund Eligibility

a. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your item.
b. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
c. Clearance or Liquidation items, sale items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellation

a. You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase. A 3% charge for processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
b. After 3 hours, we will make every attempt to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. In such cases, our standard return policies will apply.

Damaged Items

a. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery.
b. If your item arrives damaged, please take appropriate action to document the damage with photos and/or videos.
c. Damages that occur during transit by third-party carriers may require a claim to be filed.

Product Variations

a. Our products often feature natural fibers and are handmade, which may result in minor variations in color, texture, and finish from piece to piece.
b. Variations may also occur in size, with a tolerance of +/- 3%.
c. Fabric may relax or tighten with regular usage or washing, and color variations may exist between production runs.

Return Procedure

a. All items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date, unused and in their original packaging.
b. Ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse in the same condition it arrived in.
c. Returns will not be accepted beyond the 15-day deadline.
d. Returns will not be credited if the item is not in its original packaging, does not have tags, has been soiled, subjected to animal usage, laundered, or has an unpleasant odor.
e. The cost of return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of wrong items or manufacturer defects.
f. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for returns due to Buyer Remorse/Change of Mind.

Return Process

a. Start a return by contacting us through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at [email protected] or Using our Contact Us Form.
b. Provide all necessary information, including pictures, videos, order number, customer name, and phone number.
c. Repackage the items in the same condition as originally shipped.
d. Include the packing slip or return authorization in the package before shipping.
e. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
f. Ship the items to our warehouse address provided in the email via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
g. Upon receipt, the Return Department will inspect the items to determine eligibility for credit.
h. If accepted within the specified timeframe, your order will be credited the full amount minus the 30% restocking fee.
i. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the return and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking establishment.
j. In the case of an exchange, the replaced item will be returned following the normal return procedure, and you will need to place a new order for the replacement product.

Item Not Received

a. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you dispute it, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
b. Refunds under these circumstances are not guaranteed, and your cooperation in the handling of the claim is required. Failure to cooperate may result in a denial of the refund.

Return To Sender (RTS)

a. Packages returned to the sender are subject to a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and shipping charges.
b. This applies to instances such as incorrectly inputted addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package, or an invalid address as determined by the carrier.
c. If you believe the carrier failed to deliver the package by mistake, we will file a claim with the carrier. Your cooperation is essential in this claim process.
